Oil-Free Screw Compressor

An oil-free screw compressor produces 100% oil-free compressed air (Class 0) through water-injected compression — completely without risk of oil contamination in the air. This is an absolute requirement in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, electronics manufacturing, and the chemical industry, where even minimal traces of oil can destroy products or compromise patient safety.

Instead of oil, the compressor uses water to cool and seal during the compression process. This delivers clean compressed air directly from the compressor without the need for expensive aftertreatment systems for oil separation. Models are available with both fixed speed and VSD (variable speed) for optimal energy efficiency, as well as low-pressure versions (3.0 bar) for specific process applications.

With a power range from 2.2 kW to 500 kW and capacities up to 86 m³/min, there are solutions for everything from smaller laboratories and bakeries to large-scale production facilities in the food, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries.
