Warranties and Support: What is covered?
Warranty coverage
All products supplied by Globe Energy come with a manufacturer's warranty. BESS systems typically carry a 10-year warranty on battery cells and 5 years on electronics. Compressors carry a 2–5 year warranty depending on the model. Solar panels carry a 25–30 year performance warranty.

Phone: Call us on +47 401 50 004. Our support line is available on weekdays 07:00–17:00. For customers with a 24/7 agreement, the on-call line is always staffed. Email: Send a description of the problem to support@globeenergy.no.
Fault reporting
In the event of an equipment fault: 1. Check any error code on the display. 2. Attempt a restart if it is safe to do so. 3. Contact our support with the error code, product type, and a brief description. We prioritise requests based on the agreed service level and the severity of the fault.
