About the project
Globe Energy is delivering and installing a large-scale 120 MW battery park in Finland. The plant is designed for grid balancing, frequency regulation and energy optimization in the Finnish electricity grid.
The project is one of the largest energy storage projects in the Nordic region and marks Globe Energy's position as a leading provider of large-scale energy storage.
Installation and logistics
On site, foundations and electrical infrastructure are prepared before the equipment is installed. Cable installation and grid connection is carried out by Globe Energy's team in collaboration with local contractors.
Installation work is ongoing with deliveries in stages. The modular design allows the park to be scaled up over time without disrupting the operation of already installed systems.
