Warranty coverage
All products supplied by Globe Energy come with a manufacturer's warranty. BESS systems typically have a 10-year warranty on battery cells and 5 years on electronics. Compressors have a 2-5 year warranty depending on the model. Solar panels have a 25-30 year performance warranty.
How to contact support
Phone: Our support line is available on weekdays 07-17. For customers with a 24/7 agreement, the emergency hotline is always manned. E-mail: Send a description of the problem to our support address. Portal: Log in to the customer portal to create and follow cases.
Error message
In the event of an equipment fault: 1. check any error code on the display. 2. try a restart if it is safe to do so. 3. contact our support with the error code, product type and a brief description. We prioritize inquiries based on the agreed service level and the severity of the error.
