Service agreements for safe operation

Globe Energy offers service agreements that ensure that your energy or compressed air system always performs optimally. We have three levels to suit different needs and budgets.

Basic maintenance

Includes scheduled service visits with inspection, filter change and performance check. Suitable for facilities with lower criticality where some planned downtime is acceptable.

Extended service agreement

In addition to scheduled maintenance, this includes priority response time (within 24 hours), remote diagnostics and discounted spare parts. Recommended for most industrial customers.

All-inclusive with 24/7 emergency response

Our most comprehensive agreement includes all of the above plus 24/7 technical support, guaranteed 4-hour response time, annual energy optimization and all spare parts included. Ideal for critical infrastructure and continuous operations.
